Philip Florenzo has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. His extensive service spans corporate counsel departments in both public and private sectors, including executive-level positions with multinational technology firms. His unique combination of engineering and law create a focused and distinct advantage in the both legal matters and competitive markets.
Mr. Florenzo has extensive experience negotiating commercial transactions and managing operational legal matters for global technology and software companies. On behalf of his clients, he has negotiated commercial transactions opposite numerous Fortune 50 companies including Citibank, SAP, Verizon, AT&T, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard and many others.
